At Sea Bags, we want you to love your handcrafted recycled sail cloth products, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all non-customized items. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your sail cloth items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please allow 5-7 business days for your return to reach our Maine workshop.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 48 hours.
